I couldn’t believe my eyes when I put Fen out yesterday at around midnight only to find her sniffing this adorable little chap sitting on the wall at the edge of the lawn. He thankfully appeared quite unfazed by either Fen, who quickly wandered off in search of other more interesting things, or myself so I was able to take this lovely picture. It’s a long time since we’ve noticed hedgehogs at Charcott and we’re delighted to welcome them back again.
